Honeymoon

We basically planned our wedding around the time Disneyland would be the least busy so we could go on our honeymoon there. Turns out, we planned it perfect! It wasn't busy at all! The first night we only drove to Vegas, attended Sacrament meeting there and then drove the rest of the way to Cali. PERFECT trip! Why? Because we only  had to plan one thing to do. Unlike other trips where you have to plan each day, figure out how to get to each destination, coordinate times, etc, all you have to do is buy a couple park hopper passes and you're good to go! It was also perfect weather, the perfect amount of time, it was all smooth sailing! We would get to the park as it opened, spend most of the day there and then go eat, sleep or swim when it was the hottest and busiest time of day, and then go back at night. We bounced between Disneyland and California Adventures. There were a ton of restaurants right down the street from us, easy peasy! We loved the World of Color show, the Tower of Terror, the Finding Nemo Submarine, and most of all just spending time together! The best feeling in the world! It was my first visit to Disneyland and it really was magical!! Just like everyone says! It is an amazing place when you think about all the talent and work that goes into that place. Incredible! I also loved it because they do such a good job of keeping it up and organized and having wonderful staff! Much better than other amusement parks. They do a great job of keeping it all an experience, rather than just a day at some amusement park. We got to be little kids all week, who can ask for more than that?
