Partial Tsunami Night!

YEAAAHHHHHAAASSSSSSSSS!!!!!!! February 23rd-25th was a weekend I had very much been looking forward to! Reunited with 2 members of my Hawaiian ohana!!!!! Tim and I took a test in Argumentation and then headed up north! We enjoyed our drive just chatting the whole way, and by the time we got to Nephi area, I started getting out of control excited. I could not shut up. Tim was laughing at me. I was just so STOKED! I had not seen Tiff in TEN MONTHS!!!! Finally we met Tiff and Jill in the shops at Riverwood and I hugged their beautiful faces and seriously just laughed with extreme joy! :)  These girls bring me so much happiness!

Tim was off to hang out with his brother/companions ish. The first thing that happens to Jill, Tiff and I is getting picked up by some maintenance worker at the shops who drives us in his golf cart to the restrooms. Hahahahahah. Well, we ended up doing some shopping around there, and we just happened upon the most Hawaiian store in Utah probably! "Called to Surf"called our names instantly, and we shopped around there for a while. Tiff bought a super cute swimsuit. We took pictures on the surf board and this place even had one of those fake surf machine things. How ironic right?! It started the trip off perfectly. We went to Tiff's sister Kassie's house for a while, and our other friend from Hawaii, Abby came to hang out with us too! Then Tiff's family came and we decided to have dinner at TUCANOS, the heavenly place. MMMMM delicious.
I love this place! It's so fraken good.
Hahahahaha there had been a joke since the night before (I wasn't there, but heard the story) that it was Tiff's birthday. So obviously it had to be her birthday again at Tucanos. All night we hinted at the waiters that it was her birthday but never said anything straight up. Haha! Finally, at the end we went for it and Tiff ended up having to Brazilian dance for everyone in the restauarant to see!!! hahahahahaha she was dang good. It was hilarious! The continuous jokes... oh man. Good times. She was a great sport and quite the Brazilian dancer! :) Happy 21st (?) birthday Tiffy! (I can't keep track. She has too many birthdays)

Additional dancing outside Tucanos.
Jill loved it.

Tiff's cousin Andy and sister Kassie

Pretty lights! Jill was really worried that they were strangling the trees though...
If you hear a crazy news story about a girl stealing all the shops at Riverwood's lights... I don't know what happened.

We hit up the comedy club after we stuffed ourselves to the top!
"Sometimes you've got to go up before you can come down!" haha!
Welllll.... what would a Hawaiian sisters event be without ice cream?! You're right! It WOULDN'T! So duhhh we had to go to Fresh Market and get some Haagan Daaz! Just like old times at Foodland. Well, we're walking through the isles and low and behold, who do we run into? None other than Tim Miller and his companion Ty Nielson. WHAT!?! are. the. odds?! So funny. Well we chatted with them for a bit and finally decided on some pecan ice cream. mmmm tasted like home. Then we headed to Park city to get Tiff's stuff, then to my house!

We were seriously missing the other half of our family. We talked about them and missed them alll the time. We tried so hard to Skype with Tashi, it worked for a minute but it was just annoying so we ended up calling her to catch up with her :) Oh Tashi. We love her and missed her. :( That's why it was only a partial Tsunami Night, cuz we only had part of our peeps. But still soooooo great, nonetheless.
Skyping Natasha Verree
We. Were. Tired. So tired. So after Skype and a little more chatting (which happened the whole trip, of course) we fell asleep downstairs. Oh and Tiff read the Hunger Games. Love those books! So excited for the movie!

In the morn my mom made us breaky, and we explored the farm! And Hil came! And I got to see her!
And jumped on the tramp!

I just had to share how creepy my hair looks in this picture.

And played with Asia Gril!

And loved on Asia Gril!

Tiffy is such a farm girl I love it. She loved those baby cowies!
Jill let the calves suck on her hand when she came to visit me last time, so she made Tiff do it this time.

This is how my childhood was spent :) happily with a hand inside a calf's mouth, with my daddy by my side :)
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww so cute!!!!!!!!!!

Good buddies :)

Look at those three! They are adorable! Really.

Kisses for my baby Jimmer.
He's looking away all nervous like...
he loves me don't worry.

So many kissed for Tiff!
Everyone just wants to kiss her!!

I don't know why they were being such biters this day.
Sheesh.

I don't know how Jilly is always so beautiful. It never fails. Ever.

Then we got to talk to KY!!!! :) :) :)
ohhhh boy we missed her too.
It's just not the same without everyone!

Just a quick dental check.
Don't worry everything was good.
He was biting away!
Dadadaaaa we had to take a quick tour of Coalville. Went to the Coalville sign, tracked down Lexi, showed them my school, the Summit, etc etc. So much to see ;)

Home sweet home :)
Then it was time for Little Bird to head home :(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( Sad day. Ugh. I hate being without them. But she must, so she did.
Goodbye.................

One last photo on mainstreet
Then Tiff and I went ice skating in PC! Tiff is pro! We skated and skated and then met up with her family and did some grand shopping at the outlets! I may or may not have bought a few things... much needed! And Tiff too! yay! Cuz things are cheaper here than in Canada! It works out great! After a momentary confusion, we went back to Tiff's condo and fixed some speghetti. Ahhhh then it was time for me to go too :( It was a short trip, definitely not enough time. But I'm so glad for the time we did have! I loved it so much! I am so grateful for these girls and the incredible friends they are. I couldn't ask for anything better. I am so thankful for the bond that ties us together, for the place we met, the memories we have shared, the example they are and the happiness they bring into my life! I love them each sincerely, for so many different reasons (which can be seen in previous posts). I hope it's not long until we see each other again. Love you Tiff and Jill! Aloha nui loa :)

I headed to Salt Lake from Park City to meet Tim and his brother Mark and his girl Shannah! We went to grab some dinner at Olive Garden and then back to Mark's to play our own version of the Newlywed Game! hahahaha we were so creative. It was fun. We got to know each other and had some good laughs! It was fun to meet Mark and Shannah, we had a fun time. Excited for them to come to St. G over spring break!

The next morning I packed up and then went to visit my Grandma and Grandpa. Gosh. Those beautiful people. I love them so much more than words can say. They just boosted me up higher than the sky and made me feel like a billion bucks with all their love and hugs and kisses. I just LOVE time with them. I love the feeling of their house and their sincerity about caring for me and my life and it is the exact same for every member of our family. There are not 2 more amazing people on the planet. I don't know HOW I got so lucky. I really don't. I love them beyond belief. It was soooo great to talk with them and feel their love and their spirits. They are so giving and loving and kind and selfless. My grandma doesn't always have the best days with her health and she always just plays it off so she can converse with me. I know it is a sacrifice for her and I pray for her health everyday. That tiny lady. I love hugs from her more than anyone. I pray  I can someday be half (I'll even take a fourth!) the saint, the optimist, the supporter, the encourager, the smiler, the hugger, the giver, the provider, the mother, the grandmother, the sister, the ward member, the servant she is. They are both amazing and the entire foundation to my family and my testimony. Thanks to them will never be enough. Wish I could spend more time with them. But I'm so glad I was able to live down the street from them for 18 years and I will always always cherish those memories! There are so many. Nightgames, popcorn, ice cream and push pops, fires, snow forts, rollerblading, porch sitting, babysitting, staying the night, player piano sessions, dress up in the basement, Mafia, the Still Game, Chaos, Racko, Pit, Mormon Bridge, Legos, granola bars, everything! All of it! Love it!

My mom took me to Provo to meet up with Tim and we were back on the road because I had to work that night! Great weekend with the greatest of people!
