Last weekend was a great one! I was looking forward to it for weeks! Tim's friend Jordan has a cabin/downtown Manhattan loft up at Brianhead Ski Resort. He invited us to go up with him and his sister and her friend.... Holy moly! It was a dream! We left Friday after everyone got out of school, stopped at Papa Murphy's to get some food to cook later, and made it up to the cabin. LEGIT. I tried to take pictures of how amazing it is, didn't work out so well for me. It was roomy, but cozy at the same time. Modern, but homey. Top notch, for sure. We had so much fun playing games and watching movies and eating everything in sight. (Which included pizza, cookies, sour patch, of course TABASCO for Tim, donuts, M&Ms, chips... yeah... I'll stop there before people start becoming worried about my health). Gash it was just SO FUN! One of those really quality, soak up every second of it, feels fantastic type of weekend memories. The boys watched the Jazz game, I did get a little studying for Sociology in.

Aw yeah! This is the good life.
Even if Tim's facial expression doesn't portray it as such...
He was happy to be in this picture with me :) |

| Well... this would be the ceiling. |

My humble abode for the night...

It was so BRIGHT!! My eyes were watering in every picture we took!
All is well though. I did receive a sunburn, in the nice form of my Moscow beanie
as well. Lucky me! Also I am not bald... contrary to what this picture looks like.

Saturday morning we stuffed ourselves with some more delicious and possibly unhealthy food, then we were all so stoked to get out and board! It was an AWESOME beautiful sunny day. No one got cold, there were a few painful landings... but nothing too serious. I hadn't been boarding in... 4 maybe 5 years??? I was a little scared I was going to have to relearn, but most of it came back to me and it felt so good! I forgot how much fun it is and how much I love it! There's nothing better than a nice warm day on the slopes with good friends and gorgeous views! And it was nothing like how crowded PCMR and the Canyons can get... it was bliss. So so so so so much fun. I really did not want the day to come to an end! It was depressing! I was ready to stay for another week or two. But, we had to do what we had to do and I'm so glad I got to go! Jord and Whit's family is so generous and kind to share their cabin with us (and lend me board and boots), and Tim is so freaking awesome to bring me along wherever he goes.
